Remove Messages From the Inbox on Facebook Messenger

This extension is designed to remove messages that you've been sent on Facebook Messenger. If you're not a regular user of Facebook Messenger, you may not know that it's a place where your messages are shared. Every message that you send is shared with all your contacts on their platform and is saved on their servers. There are different rules for users and bots, but I would say that a regular user has access to much less information than a bot. With that in mind, if you're not a regular user of Facebook Messenger, this is an excellent way to clean up your digital footprint.

To remove messages from the inbox, you need to open a message thread and click 'Remove messages'. It will then scroll through your entire thread and automatically unsend every message that is within the current scroll range. To limit the scope of the unsending to only the sender's inbox, you can also add the sender's account name. This will help you to avoid sending messages to unintended users.
